AS A RESULT OF THE CURRENT CHALLENGES RELATED TO COVID-19, ALL WORKSHOPS AND COURSES HAVE BEEN CANCELLED UNTIL LATE AUGUST. 

THIS WILL BE REVIEWED IN AGREEMENT WITH SAFETY MEASURES TAKEN BY THE VENUE TO ENSURE ALL THOSE INTERESTED CAN SAFELY PARTICIPATE IN A MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP OR COURSE.

ONE TO ONE MINDFULNESS SESSIONS WILL ALSO RECOMMENCE IN LATE AUGUST WITH BOTH ONE TO ONE AND ONLINE OPTIONS.  THIS INCLUDES PARTICIPATING IN THE MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION (MBSR) PROGRAMME ONE TO ONE OR ONLINE.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course (2020):

 

Eight Week Course Starting Monday 22nd September 2020, 7-9.30pm.

(Includes Full Day of Mindfulness on Saturday 7th November)

 

Cost is €325.

Morning of Mindfulness Workshop Upcoming Dates:

 

Saturday 19th September (11.00 – 1.00pm). Cost €25.

 

Take part in our monthly mindfulness gathering. This is a chance to take time some time to practice mindfulness together on a weekend morning away from the busyness of life!

Both newcomers to mindfulness and experienced meditators are welcome to the above workshops.

Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Retreat Days Upcoming Dates:

 

Saturday 30th August (10.30 – 4.30pm). Cost €50.

Join us on our Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Retreat Days. Take time away from from the world, giving yourself a chance to slow down and learn to take care of yourself through practicing mindfulness and self-compassion skills. The retreat day is a time that’s just for you. We will enjoy mindfulness and compassion techniques such as Sitting Meditation, Bodyscan, Compassionate breath, Loving Kindness Practice, Mindful Yoga/Movement and Mindful Walking. You will also learn some mindfulness skills to bring with you beyond the workshop, ways to access the present moment to help slow down the mind and cope with the busyness of daily life!

This mindfulness retreat is suitable to both newcomers to mindfulness and more experienced meditators.
